SQUAD LACROSSE AIMS TO DEVELOP PLAYERS' SKILLS ON AND OFF THE FIELD.
SQUAD PROMOTES A POSITIVE ENVIRONMENT WHERE PLAYERS WILL GROW PHYSICALLY, mentally and emotionally.
We plan to develop players physically through fast paced, high level lacrosse training. we want to turn everyday lacrosse players into all stars on the field. we want to develop mentally tough players through hard work and mentorship. mental toughness is not only something required in sports but in everyday life. when life gets hard our players won't quit-they will rise to the occasion no matter what situation they are put in. we also want to teach players to control their emotions on and off the field by training them to think before acting or speaking.
we believe that one on one mentorship as well as community gives the players the best possible chance to be successful.
MEET THE TEAM
our coaches are passionate about lacrosse and dedicated to being positive role models & mentors.
we want each player to know that they are a part of the squad and our coaches are here to help them succeed!
